I'm Jeanine. Nice to meet you!
What I Love & Who I Am
I thought I'd share things I love - "about" pages often leave those out. What do you love?
I am a homebody! Not much is better than sitting on my couch, enjoying my treehouse-like panoramic view, while drinking a cup of gingerbread tea or watching a Hallmark movie.
I love movies! Hallmark movies, Christmas movies, classic rom-coms, modern rom-coms & musicals.
I also LOVE to read! Especially romance novels, which I have been reading since I was ten years old ( a very long time ago ).
I'm a homeschooling mom, and in that scenario above, my favorite thing happens when my adolescent son watches a movie with me. Or West Wing!
We discovered the Netflix version of One Day at a Time while my mother was sick with cancer, and watched every episode taped. We're eager to watch the next season, too!
Then, not long after my mother passed away (earlier this year), while I was wondering how I would survive my grief, we fell in love with The West Wing, and for a while there, binge-watched it on our saddest days.
I also love to sing and dance. When I was in junior high, I often told people I intended to become a "singer/actress/dancer" and I was sure I'd end up on Broadway despite my extreme shyness, and my lack of acting ability.
I took jazz dance lessons for a decade or more - Paula Abdul, I coulda been a contender!
And for a couple of years, starting in high school and continuing while I was in college, I took voice lessons. All I have to show for it is winning a karaoke contest, but it was worth it because I love to sing.
The thing is, though, that entertainment was not what I was meant to do. I became a therapist, and then created a work-from-home distant healing practice. And that's when I knew I was home.
My network marketing business is a part of my healing practice - at least in my mind - because helping people heal their way into abundance is what makes my heart sing.
Thanks for letting me share about myself!
Your turn! I'd love it if you went to my contact page & sent me a "hello" telling me a little about yourself.
Love to you!
