Hi Jeanine! Well, that took me by surprise!!
I didn't realize it would be so short.... but since it is "Almost Wordless" I should not have been surprised.
Simple Pleasures for Healing -- meditation, nice hot bath, essential oils, hot cup of tea, deep sleep....

Short but sweet, LOL. Each Wednesday's post has used the same structure this month. I wanted a way to create something easy that would still be meaningful or helpful. Yes, yes and yes to all of those great choices!!

I can get to like these 'almost wordless' post. I use simple pleasures to align with my positive emotions to feel and stay balanced.

Thanks! I was hoping the brevity would be a blessing to UBC commenters. :) That's perfect, Cherry-Ann. I'm glad you have them in place!

Neat idea for a simple pleasure, Martha! I have done that before with wallpaper/screensavers.

I like that prompt! It is very thought-provoking!

I also like the color combination of the journal page too!

Doesn't that depend on what the simple pleasure may be?

Yes, I think it would, Roy. So maybe the first step would be to decide what simple pleasures means for you, in your life. Then, you would reflect on how they might be used for healing.
