I bought it for two reasons...

(1) Budget Meal Planning: it has a book called Dinner for a Dollar and a meal planning book with recommendations for budget meals. I have a very low food budget and I needed, and still need, some help with planning my meals in a way that doesn't overspend. This bundle has been SO helpful with that.

(2) No More Boring Meals: The other reason was that it offers well over 1000 recipes and I was committed to making dinner more interesting for myself and my son. Although my biggest focus right now is to stay within the lines where my budget is concerned, I have been thrilled to get to try a new recipe or two, and I love having this resource anytime I want to try something new.
