The Morning Routine Quiz

If you struggle with mornings, the entire part of your day may seem like a mixed bag of trouble. And although you may want to create a morning routine to help make mornings better, you may not know exactly where to start.

The best place to start is to identify which part of your morning routine needs the most attention. If mornings are a challenge for you, as a whole, start with what is causing the biggest problem, resolve that, and then, work on another one.

So, you might want to ask yourself which tasks your mornings consist of and in what order?

And what is the hardest part?

Taking The Morning Routine Quiz will help you answer those questions and identify what to focus on first.

Where does your struggle with mornings live - in waking up and getting up, getting ready or getting things done? And have you identified the specific challenges?

Once you have taken the quiz and you are clear on your initial focus strategy for mornings, keep it in mind as we go through the month, so you won't miss the recommendations.

See you tomorrow!

Love, Jeanine

You are so right! Without a thriving morning routine, I do not have a thriving life. I appreciate what you're saying and look forward to tomorrow!

well, after 70+ years I took the quiz and it showed pretty much what I knew, it was fun anyway.
I always enjoy reading you Jeanine, because you have so much to say and the prose you say it with is always excellent.

Thank you so much, Douglas!! Glad the quiz your own wisdom! When I took it, myself, I realized that the very first part of my mornings needed a little tweaking, but the rest was going well.

I can jump right out of bed no matter how early it is. I can also stay up way to long in my "bed tent" reading or writing blogs. I'm like Douglas, after 70 years I kinda have my routine down.

That's wonderful that you can jump out of bed so easily, Martha! And that you have a morning routine that works for you.

I find that being retired has allowed me to not have a morning routine. It's in my 2019 plan to establish one and stick with it but here we are, halfway through and still not there yet. I'm not giving up though.

It can definitely take time, but there's no rush. You might start with one thing you know you want to experience each morning and go from there.

So, I took your quiz and am flabberghasted. Under 40 means you have a problem with mornings? I scored a 4- because never is a ZERO. And, if you are never tired, never groggy, never go back to sleep- why would that be a problem with mornings? I fear it's a problem with the analysis.

Roy, I wil take another look to remind myself what it says, but I thought I said that a lower score means that something is going right with your mornings but that you could still work on any individual issues you discovered. It's the higher scores that have more of a problem. So, if you scored lots of "never" answers that is wonderful.
