The 5-Minute Capsule Wardrobe Challenge

If, like me, you sometimes stare into your closet trying to decide what to wear, this slow living capsule wardrobe challenge may help. And it's just in time to plan for the transition to fall. Read on to learn more...

The 5-Minute Capsule Wardrobe Challenge

This slow living challenge begins with three, amazingly simple steps, and they will take you five minutes or less to complete...

(1) Divide your closet into two sections - the clothes you wear all the time or most of the time, and the rest of them. The part of your closet that has the clothes you actually wear has your new capsule wardrobe inside of it. Here's how to find it...

(2) Take out all of the clothes you love, your favorites, and group them together in a third closet collection. This is your new capsule wardrobe.

(3) And now, here's the challenge - for the next 7 days, choose outfits only from this section of the closet. Push the other ones way to the side, or box them up temporarily.

During the 7 days, notice how many different outfits you can create with what you currently have, and notice what's missing. For example, you're like to wish for one more top or one more pair of pants.

Decide what color they should be and what style, and you now have a detailed shopping list for a few things you can add once the week is over.

But you may find that getting dressed during the week was much easier than usual, and you may not want to add anything else for a while. That's the magic of simplicity and slow living.

Part Two: Wardrobe Basics

But when you are ready to create some more outfits, and shop for a few more items to add to your capsule wardrobe, the team at Ultimate Bundles has got you covered.

There is a self-care mini bundle that is available to purchase once you buy the Herbs and Essential Oils Super Bundle. So if you need a wardrobe update and you love essential oils, it's likely to be a match made in heaven.

Let me know how it goes with the challenge, and what you decide to do after the week is over.

See you next time!

Love, Jeanine

These tips are really a great help for me. Last week I had the same problem of staring at my closet wondering which clothes to wear despite of too many clothes I have. I tried checking all my clothes, to my surprise, I have found so many clothes that I don't usually wear. I can actually follow your advice and see if this will help me too. May you share more advices to help more people improved their lives.
